Returns & Exchanges
Online Purchases Return & Exchange
You can receive a refund or exchange on regular priced merchandise within 10 days of purchase, which means you have 10 days to request a refund from the date you receive your order. After 10 days we will no longer accept returns. Shipping costs for returned or exchanged items are at the expense of the purchaser.
To request a return or exchange, please email us at customercare@marknunes.ca with your purchase number and the reason for your request. Once approved we will provide you with a Return Authorization number that will need to be included in your return and shipping address details. Once we have received your package, we will process your return within 7-10 business days. As soon as your return is complete, we’ll email you and let you know.
Sale items are final sale.
In Store Purchases & Exchange
You can receive a store credit or exchange on regular priced merchandise within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days we can no longer accept exchanges. You simply need to visit us in the store and we can assist you with your exchange.
Returns & Exchanges Details
For all returns and exchanges:
- Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- You must present a valid receipt.
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- All sale items
- Bodysuits
- Hosiery
- Jewelry
- All intimates
- Face Masks
- Gift Cards
Gift Cards
Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.
Order Cancellation:
Mistakes happen! We’ll do our best to help. You have up to 30 minutes from the time you click Submit Order to cancel it by emailing us at customercare@marknunes.ca
